Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition counseling provides the opportunity for an individualized session to discuss your questions and concerns regarding nourishing your body and can involve meal planning, specific recommendations regarding intake, recommendations for a nutrition related health concern, eating disorder or disordered eating recovery.

Deanna is a registered and licensed dietitian who is passionate about personalizing nutrition to meet her clients’ specific needs. She understands that every individual is different and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Deanna uses a non-diet, mindful, and intuitive eating approach to educate and guide her clients. She creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel supported and understood.

Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Deanna worked in multiple hospitals on the inpatient side. She has experience with individuals of all ages, from infancy to older adulthood. Deanna has a strong background in disease-specific nutrition, including diabetes, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, and oncology. She also has extensive experience in enteral nutrition (tube feedings). Additionally, Deanna has worked closely with collegiate and professional athletes and has a deep passion for sports nutrition.

Deanna received her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University. She completed her dietetic internship and earned her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University.

Outside of work, Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband and watching him play in soccer games. She also loves cooking, baking, staying active, and spending time with her family, friends, and her two cats, Biscuit and Graysie.

Amelia is a dedicated registered dietitian with a passion for helping women heal their relationship with food while navigating complex gastrointestinal (GI) concerns. Her mission is to empower clients to feel confident and comfortable in their bodies by using evidence-based nutrition strategies tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles.

With a warm, empathetic approach, Amelia creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. She focuses on practical, sustainable solutions that align with her clients’ goals, whether it’s improving digestive health, managing GI conditions, or finding balance on their plate.

Amelia specializes in working with women experiencing GI issues like IBS, IBD, and SIBO, as well as those dealing with disordered eating patterns. She also works with clients navigating metabolic concerns such as PCOS, insulin resistance, and thyroid disorders, helping them manage symptoms and improve their overall well-being. Additionally, she supports clients working through food-related anxiety and guilt tied to eating. Amelia focuses on helping clients build a healthier relationship with food, free from fear and judgment. Her approach blends expertise with compassion, creating a space where clients feel empowered to heal.

Camille Grove is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping clients develop healthy relationships with food and balanced sustainable lifestyles. She believes that food is not just important for nutrition but for social and personal pleasure and strives to help clients improve their relationship with food in all settings, whether managing a chronic disease or recovering from previous experiences with food and dieting. Camille takes a collaborative and compassionate approach with all clients and will take the time to get to know you and your previous history with food and nutrition. She will then work with you to develop achievable and personalized nutrition goals.

Camille is originally from California where she obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of California Davis. She then moved to the Midwest to complete her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University. Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Camille worked in an in-patient hospital setting, assisting patients with managing various chronic diseases, and a homecare setting working long-term with patients with different digestive disorders.

Camille has experience working with cardiovascular health, diabetes, weight management, gastrointestinal health, oncology nutrition, intuitive eating/disordered eating and vegan/vegetarian nutrition. In addition to her professional experiences Camille has personal experience both managing IBS and being on a vegetarian diet. This has helped contribute to her passion for helping others manage nutrition in a way that is sustainable, balanced, and enjoyable.

In her free time Camille loves trying out new restaurants and recipes, hiking and being outdoors, attending concerts and live shows, and spending time with her pet Boston Terrier Biggie.
