Deanna is a registered and licensed dietitian who is passionate about personalizing nutrition to meet her clients’ specific needs. She understands that every individual is different and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Deanna uses a non-diet, mindful, and intuitive eating approach to educate and guide her clients. She creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel supported and understood.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Deanna worked in multiple hospitals on the inpatient side. She has experience with individuals of all ages, from infancy to older adulthood. Deanna has a strong background in disease-specific nutrition, including diabetes, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, and oncology. She also has extensive experience in enteral nutrition (tube feedings). Additionally, Deanna has worked closely with collegiate and professional athletes and has a deep passion for sports nutrition.
Deanna received her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University. She completed her dietetic internship and earned her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University.
Outside of work, Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband and watching him play in soccer games. She also loves cooking, baking, staying active, and spending time with her family, friends, and her two cats, Biscuit and Graysie.

Amelia is a dedicated registered dietitian with a passion for helping clients heal their relationship with food while navigating complex gastrointestinal (GI) concerns. Her mission is to empower clients to feel confident and comfortable in their bodies by using evidence-based nutrition strategies tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles.
She has completed advanced functional GI training, equipping her to support even the most complex GI cases, including IBS, IBD, SIBO, and food sensitivities. Rather than relying on restrictive diets, Amelia uses the most current research to help clients find lasting relief and confidence in managing their nutrition and GI symptoms.
Amelia provides specialized care for clients using GLP-1 medications for weight management, offering guidance on nutrition optimization and long-term sustainable health habits. In addition, she also works with clients navigating metabolic concerns such as PCOS and insulin resistance, supporting them in symptom management and overall well-being. She blends expertise with compassion to create a safe space where clients can build a healthier relationship with food, free from fear and judgment.
Amelia holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting weights, spending time with her beloved dog, Wrigley, and fueling her love of coffee.
