Anna is a registered dietitian committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make decisions that support their long-term wellbeing. She is especially passionate about supporting clients in recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating. She integrates HAES and Intuitive Eating principles to support clients in letting go of rigid food rules and cultivating a positive, guilt-free approach to eating. Anna recognizes that each client’s goals and needs are different. She believes in using a collaborative approach to honor each client’s lived experience and tailor nutrition care to their values and journey.

Anna has experience supporting pediatric and adult clients throughout different stages of eating disorder recovery including inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. She also loves working with athletes and active individuals who want to feel their best in training and daily life. Peak performance requires more than just pushing through: Anna uses a targeted and flexible approach to sports nutrition to help clients become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

Anna was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Chicago to pursue a professional ballet career. She later completed a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nutrition as well as her dietetic internship through the University of Illinois at Chicago, including a clinical rotation at Rogers Behavioral Health. In her free time, Anna enjoys cooking, baking, reading, yoga, strength training, and hanging out with her cat, Polly.

Maddie is a compassionate registered dietitian dedicated to empowering individuals through client-centered care. She focuses on a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, recognizing that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Whether you are looking to learn more about nutrition or heal your relationship with food, Maddie provides a supportive space to help you find enjoyment, balance, and freedom from food.

With extensive experience as both a college campus and sports dietitian, Maddie has supported clients across a wide range of areas, including disordered eating, sports nutrition, gastrointestinal health, diabetes management, and food allergies and preferences. She is currently pursuing certification as a Functional Nutrition Informed Professional, further deepening her ability to address root causes and sustainable behavior change.

She enjoys working with clients regarding the management of:

General Wellness, Weight & Metabolism, Intuitive Eating, Sports Nutrition, Gastrointestinal Health, Cardiovascular Health, Food allergies and preferences.

Maria is a Chicago-based registered and licensed dietitian who works with clients to help them achieve their personal health and wellness goals through a client-led, intuitive eating approach. She is passionate about meeting her clients where they are while making them feel empowered and supported. Maria is a firm believer that every individual has their own, unique nutrition needs, rejecting diet culture trends and one size fits all concepts. Instead, she provides individualized, evidence-based education and one-to-one nutrition counseling in order to improve her clients’ relationships with food and help them find peace in their bodies.

Maria graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with her Bachelors in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics. She then went on to complete a dietetic internship where she had rotations in clinical, community, food service, and business and entrepreneurship settings. Prior to joining the Healthier Tomorrows team, Maria worked as an inpatient clinical dietitian, where she gained experience in diabetes management, cardiovascular health, oncology, and gastrointestinal diseases.

Outside of working as a dietitian, Maria enjoys practicing yoga, trying out new recipes to cook, spending time with her friends and family, and exploring new neighborhoods in the city.

Carly Pine is a registered and licensed dietitian passionate about individualized nutrition education for each client’s needs and overall well-being. Carly’s previous experience has demonstrated that success is not always linear, and she has therefore made it a priority to be a consistent, guiding hand in each of her client’s recoveries. She is well-versed in trauma-informed care and works diligently to create an emotionally and physically safe atmosphere for each of her clients. Carly prides herself on her empathetic, warm nature and non-judgemental nutrition counseling style along with her consistent dedication to the Health at Every Size (HAES) and All Foods Fit frameworks.

Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Carly worked as a dietitian in an eating disorder treatment center with both adolescent and adult clients in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. Carly helped clients heal their relationships with body image, food, and physical activity through one-on-one sessions and facilitated weekly body image and nutrition education skill groups. She has significant experience guiding family sessions, developing individualized meal plans, and conducting various food exposure therapies. Carly has worked closely with clients with co-occurring mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to, addictions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Carly has significant experience serving the following communities: LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, transgender, non-binary, and neurodivergent individuals.

Carly’s specific nutrition-related interests include addiction recovery, ARFID, cooking lessons, eating disorder recovery, family-based treatment, and intuitive eating in addition to supervising meal preparation and leading grocery store tours in the Chicago-land area.

Carly received her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She completed her dietetic internship and earned a Master’s in Nutrition from Rush University.

In her free time, Carly loves to try new coffee shops all over the city of Chicago and enjoys walks with her husband and bernedoodle pup, Ozzie! She enjoys trying new recipes and loves a popcorn and movie night!

Fascinated by how the color and variety of foods reflect the unique nutrients that help our bodies flourish, Soleil embraces an additive mindset that encourages balance, beauty, and abundance. She also takes a whole-person, mind-body approach, fostering both physical nourishment and a deeper connection within. With this perspective, she sees the body’s experiences as meaningful messages, helping clients uncover patterns so they can move with lasting clarity.

Soleil supports a range of concerns including gastrointestinal health, food sensitivities, PCOS, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, autoimmune conditions, and child feeding and picky eating. Creativity is central to her approach, helping individuals of all ages, as well as families, reimagine nourishment in ways that feel personal, flexible, and genuinely enjoyable.

Soleil holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, crafting, going on walks, spending time with family and friends, and exploring her love for creativity and connection.
