Nutrition Counseling
Nutrition counseling provides the opportunity for an individualized session to discuss your questions and concerns regarding nourishing your body and can involve meal planning, specific recommendations regarding intake, recommendations for a nutrition related health concern, eating disorder or disordered eating recovery.
Becca Puffer MPH, RD, LDN
Becca is an experienced registered dietitian who is enthusiastic about helping her clients nourish their bodies! She especially loves working with clients to establish a lifelong positive attitude toward food and body image. She takes a non-judgmental, non-diet, Health At Every Size approach to nutrition. She will work with you to achieve your goals in a way that fits your day-to-day life!
Becca brings over 20 years’ experience in public health, nutrition education, and nutrition therapy to her work with clients. She has worked in a wide variety of settings and specialties. Becca enjoys collaborating with clients looking for support with sports and performance nutrition, intuitive eating, cardiovascular health, GI health, diabetes management, women’s health, metabolism, and oncology nutrition.
Becca started her career in nutrition education and still delights in helping her clients eat all the colors of the rainbow. Her clinical expertise includes diabetes management, bariatric surgery and medical weight loss, oncology nutrition, cardiovascular health and cardiac rehab, food intolerance and GI health, college student health, and Division I sports nutrition.
Becca completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Davidson College in North Carolina, followed by a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her internship, Becca had the opportunity to work in international health in the Dominican Republic. Before joining the team at Healthier Tomorrows, Becca worked with Division I student athletes at Valparaiso University to improve their athletic performance.
In her downtime, you can find Becca with her family enjoying the Philadelphia area. She loves to cook, travel, and support her children’s endeavors in theater and cross country. Her favorite place to travel is Cambridge, England, where she recently lived with her family, and she is always excited to visit a Farmer’s Market.

Madison is a registered dietitian dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. Deanna uses a non-diet, mindful, and intuitive eating approach to educate and guide her clients. She creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel supported and understood.
Before joining Healthier Tomorrows, Deanna worked in multiple hospitals on the inpatient side. She has experience with individuals of all ages, from infancy to older adulthood. Deanna has a strong background in disease-specific nutrition, including diabetes, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, and oncology. She also has extensive experience in enteral nutrition (tube feedings). Additionally, Deanna has worked closely with collegiate and professional athletes and has a deep passion for sports nutrition.
