I work with all types of eating disorders, and am a certified specialist in ARFID. I have extensive experience with diabetes, oncology, and weight management. I work with clients of all ages, and I especially enjoy supporting adolescents and families as they navigate food choices, health concerns, and the emotional aspects of eating.

I love working with clients on the neurodiversity spectrum, and navigating how those differences affect the way we perceive and experience the world through food. I played competitive rugby for 15 years, and enjoy working with athletes to optimize their athletic performance through nutrition.
